Beyond the Dark created the beautiful yet sorrowful Forgotten fireplaces: Toymaker. This comes with the toys, fireplace, wall art and knick knacks shown. Even the crow is included. This also comes in several different color theme choices and can be found on sale exclusively at Winter's Hollow Dec 8-28. Also to be found there is the Wolf Moon Frame with Hud Control created by {Candle and Cauldron}. This includes a Moon Phase Tracker, Texture Hud, and 3D Layer Effect Art. Spyralle also made a beautiful item for us. The Cathedral Candelabra shown here in Wrought Iron, also comes in Brushed Bronze and Brass. Touch to light the candles.

Cthulhu Calls

A strange fog had rolled inland at our new home some time in the night. Not the usual ocean fog but something eerie, which caused the tiny hairs along the back of my neck to raise. Oh sure, we were told all the local superstitious nonsense about squid people and disappearances, but knew that was simply tall tales to keep the strangers away. I heard a strange sound that I couldn't even dare pronounce down at the water's edge and I pressed against the glass of our bedroom window, trying to see what was happening down below. There appeared to be movement around the ruins on our land and as the moon shown upon the stones, I could see that the waters appeared to have overcome some of the ground during the course of the night. So, we were getting a bit of a small flood, nothing appeared to be directly affected though and besides, the sun was still hours away from rising and the fog did not appear to be going anywhere. So I decided that in the sense of no obvious danger, it could wait and we would investigate further in the morning. 

Returning back to the warm comfort of my bed, I turned on my side and soon fell asleep. The tentacles reaching up from some dark deep place passed by without notice as my beloved and I slept. What would the morning bring upon waking?

A Twisted Tale

It was a twisted tale to be sure, as the demented newly crowned queen sat upon her throne. She had been courted by the young king and pulled out all the stops, charming the man into a betrothal. And upon their wedding night, she locked him into a cage, a warning to others who said something wrong to her.With the butterflies surrounding her, you would never guess there was dark side within.

Gothic Desires  created the deep purple FairyTale Throne with PG animations for you to enjoy. This is another of the hunt prizes at the event. Also, yet another hunt item is on the walls behind me.   Dixie Dandelion has an adorable hunt prize for the Twisted Summer Sale & hunt, as well. The Silhouette Chair Cat Spring Flowers. This kitty is simply sitting back, grooming herself while all the chaos is happening.

 Baba Yaga's Teapot sits next to the throne, providing a potion of who knows what. This is also another of the Twisted Summer Sale & hunt prizes and was created by Kittycats Creations

From Beyond the Dark, we have the lovely item called, Within the mirror lies truth: Sometimes fairytales come true. It features a smoky mirror, light floor with petals and poison in the chalice. It is one of the many raffle items at the Twisted Summer Sale & hunt. Proceeds go to Relay for Life. This would be a great addition to any home.

Also from Beyond the Dark and at the Twisted Summer Sale & hunt, is this great altar called What fairytales forgot to mention: His broken word. This is one of 13 that can be won at the gacha area. The collection has 9 commons, 1 rare, 1 ultrarare, and 1 uncommon. This particular item is the ultra rare in the collection.

This poor fellow answered incorrectly when presented with a fantastic idea by the queen and paid for it with his life. Hung upon his skeletal fingers is a warning to all others on how to answer correctly. He is another great creation by Beyond the Dark called What fairytales forget to mention: Correct answer. Another item in that great gacha collection at Twisted Summer Sale & hunt.

Upon the ground are lovely moving flowers made into a carpet by Dandelion Daydreams Factory. Called, "Where Dreams Begin", this flower carpet looks great inside or outside. (dandelion texture not included) This is another wonderful prize in the hunt at the Twisted Summer Sale & hunt

This gorgeous gown is When does evil begin, Mercy by Enrapturing Elegant Couture and part of the Innocent series. This includes lower gown which is mesh body friendly, the sleeves come in standard mesh sizes, and the bodice comes in system layers as well as an Omega applier. This is another fantastic exclusive at the Twisted Summer Sale & hunt, with several different versions/colors of this dress available.

 I wanted to dress up a bit sexy, but at the same time, I needed to keep warm. So I looked into my newest acquisitions and found just what I needed! Not only did I find that but a bunch of other great goodies as well.

  Check out this really cool decoration by Beyond the Dark. The Garrett ornament - Time for Pressies, actually keeps time, counting down to Christmas! This is one of the exclusives over at Gacha Good's Holidays Holidays Holidays event November 8-30th. Each month there is a new theme and lots of great stuff both exclusives and gacha items for you!

Also at Gacha Good is this great hair by !Head Desk!, called Wynn. This is a gacha item at the event with many different hair color packs to be won.
