The cute hair that I am wearing is  Kami by *Besom~. It comes with a texture hud and also a styling hud for bangs options. Available in several great color packs to choose from.

 Banana Banshee created the gorgeous New Eyes. These come in 6 different color choices. These include scripted mesh eyes with hud, and appliers for Omega, Catwa, Genesis Lab and Lelutka (Applies separately to each eye.)

Waiting on the Kids and Growing Old

 Sitting here waiting on my children to visit and I'm getting gray since it's been so long. Oh woe is the life of an aging parent when the children are grown and we are left to deal with empty nest syndrome. Of course, this does mean that I actually have some food in the fridge and the house is cleaner. But, I sure to miss my crazy offspring!

 Mesange created these great eyes that I am wearing. DragonWish Eyes. These are available now at We <3 RP Sept 4-30. These include 4 sizes, standard and mesh eyes as well as Omega appliers in each box. There are 15 different colors to choose from.

Finale Couture designed this fantastic outfit called, Londyn Brown. This is a complete outfit, including, necklace, top in system and Omega applier, mesh jacket and jeans, as well as heels for Slink (not worn).It is an exclusive at the brand new event  68Main, which opened Sept 9.

Also at 68Main is  %Percent with some fantastic Home Decor items, shown in the pictures. They have Hanging Lamps which come in Brass, Nickle, or Both, Chair & Table with 18 singles animations for both females and males. There are 6 chair textures, 6 single-color pillow textures, and 15 multi-color pillow textures. This is a great comfy looking chair and furnishings that is great so take a short snooze in, cause I'm sure getting old waiting on those kids! Kaerri also has some great decor items for us, shown are the Daisy & Cornflowers, Pink Arrangement, Pumpkin Arrangement, and White Lillies & Hydrangea that add a perfect touch to your decor. It's all in the details!

CAZIMI created this great nails called, Foliage, for  68Main. They include 10 textures and appliers for Omega, Slink, Maitreya and Belleza. These have glossy tips and the colors will go fantastic for fall fashions.

Home Decorating

Let's talk about home furnishings. I have a couple of fantastic finds to show you which would be great in your home.

First, there is the Let's Bake gacha by Serenity Style which can be found at the The Liaison Collaborative from January 7-30th. This gacha includes the kitchen rack, pans, baking tools, flour, rolling pin, and more! (Check out the gacha key below) I love this set up and keeping it at our home as well.

 Next is the fantastic Seltzer Set and Cafeteria Lamps by %Percent. The seltzer bottles themselves are also sold individually, in six colors for gold or silver. $100/each The DBwW Seltzer Sets have every color option  gold or silver They include a texture change seltzer bottle, crate of six seltzer bottles, (for bars, or extra decor,) and a drink carrier that dispenses a seltzer drink to anyone on touch. Other than the metals, each offers all six texture options, and the crate also has a 7th - a mix of all six. The drink carrier will give the color glass that's represented when using it, AND if the owner changes the color, (say from pink to blue,) the glasses worn at that time will ALSO change to match. The seltzer bottles and sets are exclusives for Swank for January, 2017 with a special gift as well for subscribers which is the the Gold/Green bottle.
The lamps are sold with three hanger heights per metal. Hanger color choices are gold or silver for $50/ea. A full set of 6, (w/3 hanger lengths x2 metals,) are $75. They are mod, so further adjustments can be made for super high or really low ceilings. The variety of hanger lengths provide nice starting points. Within the menu, the owner can decide who can turn the lights on/off and also adjust them.

It's that time of year when lots of Santa's helpers appear on the grid along with the jolly old fat man. Each trying for the spot at the top of the list of good girls, well most. Some are trying for the bad girl spots. And Noelle is no different with her sexy little side tied skirt, knee high boots and low cut blouse. This cute outfit, by Facepalm Clothing Company, is one of the many great items The Alchemy that opened Dec 1 and runs until the 20th.

Also at The Alchemy is the lovely Carmen hair by !Head Desk! which comes in several texture pack choices to fit your own look. Cascading down one shoulder and brushed back on the other side, gives a sense of sexy sophistication to your look.

Relaxin at Home

After a long day outside in the sun it was time for this girl to relax, so tired from the garden I did not even have the strength to take my new hat off. I just collapsed in the chair and sat there for what seemed like eternity. It was only a few minutes before I gathered enough energy to move over to the new lounger over in the corner. I sat down and contemplated taking a nap. But of course the neighbors had their damn music up so loud things were shaking off the walls! Maybe I should go cut their power supply and have some me time for a bit.

At least I have this great, comfy chair, by Fairey Angel Creations, to relax in. The Parma Set includes Lamp, Table, Ottoman and Chair and I got it in the Around The Grid in 80 Days Hunt4 (ATG Hunt) for only 1L!  Beautiful neutral colors as well, so they matched up really well with our ever changing decor. Also from the hunt is the cool Modern Convex mirror hanging on the wall behind me by %Percent.

 

  This cool hat I am wearing is also from the ATG Hunt, and made by PeachyKeen. It has everything on it, including a troll doll! This will get you a lot of comments around the grid. One thing about these hunt prizes I need to mention is that you can hunt them down and they will cost only $1L OR, if you aren't into hunting, you can purchase these items at their respective stores next to the hunt sign for only $25L. Still a really low price for some fantastic items by talented designers.
