The Cat Came Back..

 I was over visiting some family and stepped outside, only to find out that said family member had cats. Not just a couple, oh no, a herd of the things! So, I put on my best cat look and tried to sneak past them. But, they didn't believe my disguise and now I am trapped by a bunch of fluffy felines.

 Sometimes I travel down to the swamps to visit with my little friend, Reba the Rat. She is such a sweetheart, always willing to give little kisses for a crumb of food. Loyal and always happy to see me too.

Rough Day

Sometimes emotions run high and get the best of us. It's been a rough day in so many ways and I am feeling overwhelmed with it all. But, I know there's always tomorrow to look forward to and so I will hold my head up high and work through the sludge of the minutes as they tick on by.
