The 4th Annual Winter Showcase event returns in support of Team Diabetes of Second Life! This event, is the last fundraising event for Team Diabetes of Second Life in 2019 and features two hunts, live performers, dj’s, an art show, shopping, and lots of winter fun!

Team Diabetes of Second Life is an official and authorized team of The American Diabetes Association. The mission of Team Diabetes of Second Life is to raise awareness, tolerance, and funds for diabetes in the virtual world of Second Life. According to the World Health Organization (2016): 422 million adults in the world have diabetes and 1.5 million deaths are directly attributed to diabetes each year.

Brewing It NOLA Style

As the setting sun reflects off the water and darkness begins to envelope the land like a well fitted glove, I step outside to begin the nightly rituals. Many ingredients have to be just right and it has to simmer on low to be truly as potent as we need. Yes, I'm making gumbo and it's going to be fantastic!


The Crones Garden created the Repurposed Cauldron and Dark Forest Guardian seen in these pictures as donation items at the Scare Me Silly Event Oct 13-31, by Team Diabetes. The lovely Liva by 7 Deadly s[K]ins is an Omega FACE&BODY applier modeled after the Akeruka Bento mesh faces. There are two different boxes to choose from, one with Light/pale skin tones and the other box contains  darker/tan tones. Here, I am wearing the caramel tone with the Akeruka Stella mesh head and Maitreya body. A shape is even included! These can be found soon exclusively at the Cosmetic Fair Oct 15-31

This event supports Team Diabetes SL, an official and authorized team of the American Diabetes Association. There is shopping, a hunt, live performances and treats! 

 

Also created for the Scare Me Silly Event and by  [Co*Motion] are the great SLink Nail Lacquer HUD - My Dearest Friend. A perfect compliment to the outfit. Several Jack and Sally nail huds await you at their booth.
