Breast cancer is the second most common kind of cancer in women. About 1 in 8 women born today in the United States will get breast cancer at some point.

The good news is that most women can survive breast cancer if it’s found and treated early. A mammogram – the screening test for breast cancer – can help find breast cancer early when it’s easier to treat.

Rock Your Rack by Models Giving Back Sept 30- Oct 14, is a fundraising event created by Models Giving Back in the virtual world Second Life to support the real world efforts of the National Breast Cancer Foundation.  www.nationalbreastcancer.org.  They provide mammograms to any in need as well as current and up-to-date information for those newly diagnosed with Breast Cancer and related diseases.  This two week virtual event will raise USD for the cause.

Many talented people of all walks of life have gathered together to help raise funds for this cause. They have designers with exclusives, hunt items and other great donation items, they have DJs, fashion shows and even auctions.  

One of these amazing designers is Black Rose Designs, with the Quinn outfit. This pack contains the Quinn Halter and Skirt that come in sizes for Classic mesh as well as Tonic, Maitreya, Slink, Belleza, and TMP. It has a great texture change hud of several colors with options of plain or patterned material. 

!!Firelight!! is another of the wonderful designers at Rock Your Rack, with their exclusive Rack Rocker Ponytail which gives 100% of the sale to the charity. The Ponytail is rigged mesh but the bangs are unrigged mesh so you can resize and position as desired. It comes with a hud with 6 colors.. 5 are advertised and one is a surprise bonus color for donating.

 7 Deadly s[K]ins designed this lovely skin named, Serika. This Omega applier skin is based on the Laqroki mesh heads, but can be worn with any that are use Omega. It includes 6 skin tones and there are two different boxes to choose from with different versions of the skin. Also available is a shape with eyebrow shaper.  I am wearing the skin in the pineapple tone.

Inevitable Madness has created a new product for the Gotham City charity event for Parkinson's Disease October 1st - 31st ! During the event, 75% of each mini pack sale will be donated and 100% of each fat pack sale. The fatpack includes Omega appliers for 15 eyeshadows (Solid and TwoTone) and 24 lipsticks (Smeared and Regular.)

7 Deadly s[K]ins has created a bunch of amazing drow skins from her previously released skins such as Pepper as shown above. She is an Omega applier based face&body skin and comes in three drow shades.She is also a prize in the VIP Halloween hunt happening now, or you can simply purchase her and some of the other drow skins at the main store.

The Little Bat created the great Poison Giver Necklace which is Unisex and resizeable, for the Ironwood Hills Hunt which also begins October 1.

Go Frock Yourself created the great nails I am wearing. These Haunted Nail Appliers include Slink, Belleza and Omega with a 10 texture hud.

!!Firelight!! created the beautiful hair, Raven in a special dark pack for Gotham City Event Oct 1-31. This is a charity Event for MichaelJFox Foundation (aka TeamFox) for research to cure Parkinson's Disease. Raven is a rigged mesh shoulder length hair  with tons of body and fullness. It is a bit on the wild/messy side, but looks stunning in the Darks Color set. It comes with a hud that allows you to select three shades of darkness in each of the following color schemes: white on black, orange on black, fushcia on black, purple on black, blue on black and green on black. Color wheel hud provided for tinting to your liking.

Something New designed the magnificent Black Widow Panther prop with poses. A great prop for those fantasy and role play pictures.
