This Guy and His Dog are Frightening Me!

This guy has been following me with his poor injured dog and is freaking me out! I am all for wearing masks, but this one has taken it to the extreme and is making me really nervous. He is getting closer and apparently his dog isn't friendly as it is growling loudly. Wait, what did he just pull out! Is that a sword or something?! HELP!!!!
