Higher Grounds

Calling upon the element, the material of her dress lightly brushing against bare legs in the breeze, she chants softly beneath her breath. What she is calling upon, only she could answer. Turning a bit, a slow, carefully timed dance to the rhythm of the chanting as the staff begins to glow a soft bluish tint. The waters seem to come alive as the fish gather around the rocks, droplets of water lightly kissing her brown hair as the water from the falls meets the quieter water of the pond.
