You must own this pack or the Stiletto starter pack in order to use the huds offered such as the one shown in this post. Starter Pack is L$150 each and you can then just purchase the HUDs for L$89 lindens. 

La Bella Boutique - Phoebe Nails

This is a 12 texture hud add-on for the Sexy Angel Nails. You must own the Sexy Angels Nails starter kits which come in Coffin or Stiletto and include a 10 color hud to use this. It is an exclusive at Makeover Room July 1 to 26
