Dark Passions created the lovely Heart To Heart nail are as a prize in the XOXO hunt event Feb 9-18. This is a bit of a different hunt/event, as you go from store to store via the free hud and say 'xoxo' without the parentheses in main chat. If you win, you get the prize, if you lose you can come back the next day until the 18th or you can simply purchase it for $50L.
