It's good to pause sometimes and just listen to the world around us. Take in the beauty and scents, like the smell of pine in the forest. I have been spending a lot of time in the forest today and really enjoying it. We live our lives too fast, we need to slow down and truly experience the world about us. Wear something new, do your hair differently, maybe a temporary die in a different color, or a wig. Colored eye contacts, new shoes, whatever new experience you can think of.
